Most builds run a few weeks from breaking ground, depending on how much hardscape goes with it, whether a structure or cover is involved, and permitting. We give you a schedule with the estimate.
Often yes, particularly once gas, electrical, plumbing, or a roof structure is involved, and requirements differ across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando. We handle that as part of the project rather than leaving it to you.
Usually. We will look at what is there and either match the material or choose a deliberate complement, which often looks better than a near-miss match on aged pavers.
That is the point of using us. Planting, lighting, irrigation adjustments, and the paver field are all in-house, and the plants come from our own nursery in Odessa.
